One in five people will experience mental illness during their lifetime, and everyone at some point deals with situations that affect their mental health. Mental Health America has created a toolkit of resources for Mental Health Month 2020 called Tools 2 Thrive. The kit contains practical tools that everyone can use to improve their mental health and increase resiliency, something all of us could use a little help with right now.

The toolkit contains printable and shareable handouts, such as:

  • Owning Your Feelings
  • Finding the Positive
  • Eliminating Toxic Influences
  • Creating Healthy Routines
  • Supporting Others
  • Connecting with Others

Also included are posters, social media and web graphics and sample posts, a ready-to-use article for your newsletter, outreach ideas, additional resources, and a COVID-19 and Your Mental Health infographic.
